All Soak sessions come with towels, water and/or tea. I invite you to bring any earth friendly products, salts, oils, crystals, or talisman that you'd like to have for your soak.

This simple yet powerful offering invites you to reconnect with ritual and the healing power of water. I will guide you through an energy clearing, blessing the sacred waters, and setting an intention for your sacred soak. Water reminds us how to soften, surrender, and flow with the many twists and turns of our beautiful and complex lives.​

This 90-minute elemental bathing ceremony will cleanse your energetic and physical bodies. We will begin with an herbal smudge to clear the energy, then you will soak in a sacred immersion of rosemary, apple cider vinegar, and sage—each selected for their ancient protective, purifying and hex breaking abilities. Melt into a rosemary oil scalp massage to cleanse the scalp and hair from negative energies, enjoy an activated charcoal, apple cider vinegar and bentonite clay face mask to draw out impurities from your skin, and restore your inner strength with a written affirmation for you to recite to yourself before, during, and after your soak. Perfect for those navigating transition, betrayal, grief, emotional weight, or simply feeling energetically “off,”.

You’ll slip into a warm outdoor cast iron tub under the open sky, immersed in a bath infused with mint, basil, and sea salt—herbs long-revered for their cleansing and abundance-drawing properties. Before entering the water, you’ll be invited to write your desires onto bay leaves, which we’ll burn over the bath to release your intentions into the ether. This deeply nurturing soak is designed to support heart healing, processing of loss, shame, trauma, grief, and the remembering of self-love, acceptance, and compassion. Whether you are tending to heartbreak, moving through emotional heaviness, or simply craving deeper connection with yourself, this ceremony will hold you in grace and gentleness. First we will cleanse your energy with an herbal smudge removing any energies attached to you that no longer serve, then you’ll be immersed in a warm bath infused with rose, hawthorn and chamomile to open the heart and calm the nervous system. Lovingly paint your face with a rose, bentonite and calendula face mask, and sip on a warm cacao, cardamom and rose elixir. Everything in this space is curated to remind you: you are worthy of your own love.
