During your session we will work together to create a safe space for you to drop into. The goal is to create a loving dance between your mind, heart, body, and spirit so that you able to fully relax. When your nervous system can relax, the body relaxes and a state of healing can be achieved. You will leave feeling realigned and reset. The session will include a range of modalities which may include an energy clearing, sound healing, the magic wand, gua sha, cupping, guided meditation, and a reading from the medicine cards and more depending on time and intention. Each person is so beautifully unique, and I like to take the time to dig a little deeper into the story of your physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual health as a way of weaving the past into the present in a congruent and supportive way. Kambo

Kambo, also known as the “Giant Monkey Frog” or “Phyllomedusa bicolor,” is a tree-dwelling frog found in the Amazon rainforest. Kambo has numerous historic and potential therapeutic uses in the fields of medicine and psycho-spirituality. Its secretion is renowned for its potent emetic or purgative effects. Despite the initial discomfort associated with Kambo, it is widely sought after for its revitalizing and healing effects on the body and mind. Indigenous civilizations in the Amazon have incorporated kambo into their daily lives for centuries. Communities world wide now utilize Kambo as a powerful tool for spiritual and physical cleansing, decreasing pain, curing addiction, and increasing energy levels. Kambo is not psychoactive. Kambo is a powerful tool for spiritual and physical healing.

Sananga is made from the roots and bark of Tabernaemontana undulata, a shrub that is found in South America. The bark and root is ground into a very fine powder and then extracted into a juice and applied like eye drops.
This sacred and powerful medicine is used to treat and prevent ocular diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, farsightedness, nearsightedness and has the ability to remove dark energies from your being. It can decrease light sensitivity, improve night vision, and even has the potential to reverse certain kinds of blindness. Sananga also improves our inner sight within other realms via psychoactive Earth medicines. A sananga session includes an energetic and auric cleansing, setting an intention, connecting with the spirit of the medicine, sound healing, and post ceremony integration.

Hapé – pronounced ha-PAY and also known as rapé, rapeh, or hapeh, – is a preparation of powdered medicinal herbs from the Amazon, which is received through the nose. Hapé works to detoxify the body and cleans out excessive mucus, toxins and bacteria. Traditionally, this medicine is used to bring on visions for hunting, and helping to guide other psychoactive medicines through the body. Most hapé contains wild harvested Amazonian tobacco, so its use increases blood flow and affects the release of several stimulatory neurotransmitters leading to antidepressant and stimulatory effects – thereby heightening your focus, presence, and intuition. While there are psychoactive blends of hapé, all of my blends are herbal, non-psychoactive blends that work to clear, ground, and detoxify.

Each session begins by enjoying a deeply hydrating glass of structured water, in order to prepare your body to receive these high frequencies and engage the healing process. We will take time to discuss your intentions for the session. Treatments are deeply relaxing as the device warms your body to the bones. Often times people experience instant relief from pain. I encourage everyone to bring glass water containers with them in order to bring structured water home after your session.
